This site 'suresync.co.uk' is owned and maintained by Open Seas (UK) Ltd. Open Seas are resellers of the SureSync software product in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The SureSync software is wholly owned by Software Pursuits Inc. (SPI) of San Mateo, California. Open Seas has no rights or interest in the Suresync product other than those expressly granted under its Reseller Contract with SPI. Much of this site has been reproduced, with the SPI's express permission from SPI's site www.suresync.com. However SPI has no interest in, control of, or responsibility for this site or its content.

If you breach any of these Terms, your authorisation to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
